Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India seeks a Consultant/Senior Consultant Manufacturing Excellence in Odisha to drive manufacturing transformation through Lean, OEE improvement and focused improvement projects. You will work hands-on with plant operations and senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities include diagnostics across production, maintenance, quality, reliability, leading FIPs, Daily Work Management, KPI reviews and developing executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Operational Excellence, Lean Transformation or Management Consulting.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, Metallurgy or related discipline preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with manufacturing plants is essential.
• Strong exposure to Manufacturing Excellence, Lean, OEE, FIPs and Daily Management Systems.
• Experience in steel, metals, cement, chemicals, automotive or other asset-intensive industries preferred.
