Growth For Impact in Delhi, India is seeking a detail-oriented EHS/ESG compliance support professional to help develop and implement management systems and ensure regulatory alignment across multi-site operations.

You will configure and maintain data in EHS/ESG platforms, perform regulatory tracking, and assist in producing reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support development and implementation of management system elements (procedures, manuals, legal registers, calendars, SOPs).
• Help prepare EHSS permits, plans, programs, and other compliance deliverables.
• Assist in configuring, updating, and maintaining data on EHS/ESG platforms such as Cority, Enablon, Sphera, or Intelex.
• Conduct legal obligation research and regulatory tracking under ISO frameworks and environmental acts.
• Maintain compliance platforms, digital tools, and reporting frameworks by updating data and generating reports.
• Support management system development by assisting with registers, calendars, checklists, and governance tools.
• Support digitally enabled delivery of industry-standard EHS/ESG platforms.
• Contribute to permit, plan, and program development and multi-site compliance program management.
• Maintain quality and timeline commitments; keep trackers, evidence files, and status reports current.
• Collaborate with global colleagues and CDH-SSO team members; participate in learning initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.

ROLE

• Support development and implementation of management system elements including procedures, manuals, legal registers, compliance calendars, and operating procedures.
• Help prepare EHSS permits, plans, programs, and other compliance deliverables.
• Assist in configuring, updating, and maintaining data on EHS/ESG compliance platforms such as Cority, Enablon, Sphera, or Intelex.
• Conduct legal obligation research and regulatory tracking under frameworks such as ISO14001/ISO45001, Clean Air Act, RCRA, Clean Water Act/NPDES, EPCRA, with guidance from senior consultants.
• Maintain compliance platforms, digital tools, and reporting frameworks by updating data, generating reports, and supporting basic dashboard maintenance.
• Support management system development and implementation by assisting with discrete legal registers, compliance calendars, checklists, and governance tools.
• Support digitally enabled delivery of industry-standard EHS/ESG platforms.
• Contribute to EHSS permit, plan, and program development and multi-site compliance program management.
• Maintain quality and timeline commitments; keep trackers, evidence files, and status reports current.
• Collaborate with global colleagues and CDH-SSO team members; participate in learning initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
