Job summary

Celonis is seeking an Applied Value Engineer (EAM) to work with strategic customers, combining our Process Intelligence platform with AI and ML to deliver measurable ROI.

You will prototype solutions, run PoV projects, build business cases, present to C-level executives, and help drive adoption and product feedback.

This role requires 4+ years in analytics or customer-facing roles, hands-on Python and consulting experience, and knowledge of SAP/Oracle, RPA, BI, and process mining.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical or customer-facing role (e.g., Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT/Management Consulting, or an internal Center of Excellence).
• Hands-on experience with Python, AI building, and consulting (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle), RPA, BI tools, and process mining technologies.
• Proven track record in business process improvement, project management, and executive stakeholder communication.
• Nice to have: Experience building agentic systems (LLM orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering), using tools like LangChain/LlamaIndex, and deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex).
