• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex full-stack applications using Java and Angular, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and IT standards.
• Collaborate directly with external clients, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
• Act as a technical expert and mentor, providing guidance and support to junior developers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability and scalability of our systems.
• Participate in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Provide advanced production support, including troubleshooting complex issues and participating in on-call rotations as needed.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application within IT ecosystem.

Experiences Required

• 6-9 years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java full-stack technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java development (e.g., Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Oracle).
• Strong ability to write /analyze store procedures.
• Demonstrable expertise in front-end development using Angular (versions 8+ preferred).
• Proven ability to interact directly with clients, gather requirements, and present technical solutions clearly and effectively.
• Strong understanding and experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in the US Healthcare or Health Insurance industry.
