Job summary

Beghou Consulting seeks a Consultant to provide analytical and strategic support to clients within our life sciences analytics practice. You will lead project workstreams, conduct analyses, develop recommendations, and manage client communications to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and contribute to process improvements and business growth initiatives, while mentoring associates and aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institution/university.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, business operations, strategy, project management, or related functions.
• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and strategic support to clients and internal stakeholders on complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate project execution activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Structure ambiguous business problems into defined workstreams and manage them through to completion.
• Conduct and oversee analysis using relevant data sources and tools; ensure outputs are accurate.
• Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, written recommendations, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, including status updates and scope discussions.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Build relationships with internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Support process improvement, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Contribute to business growth initiatives and knowledge-sharing.
• Review the work of Associate Consultants and provide guidance to support their development.

Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a Consultant to provide analytical and strategic support to clients and internal stakeholders within our life sciences analytics practice. The role involves leading project workstreams, conducting analysis, developing recommendations, and managing client communication. The Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and contribute to ongoing business and process improvement initiatives.

• Lead and coordinate project execution activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Structure ambiguous business problems into defined workstreams and manage them through to completion
• Conduct and oversee analysis using relevant data sources and tools; ensure quality and accuracy of outputs
• Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, written recommendations, dashboards, and reports
• Manage day-to-day client communication, including status updates, scope discussions, and issue resolution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Support process improvement, reporting enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Contribute to business growth initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and organizational development programs
• Review the work of Associate Consultants and provide guidance to support their development

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution/university
• At least 5+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, business operations, strategy, project management, or related functions
• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical analytics is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong working knowledge of analytics and visualization tools, including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently
• Experience working in global or matrix-based organizations is an advantage
• Ability to work with international stakeholders and flexible working hours when required
