Job summary

Beghou Consulting in Pune, India, seeks a Senior Consultant to provide analytical and strategic support to life sciences clients and internal stakeholders. You will lead project workstreams, conduct analyses, develop recommendations, and manage client communication, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in consulting or analytics, with strong data skills (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution/university.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, business operations, strategy, project management, or related functions.
• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with working knowledge of analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
• Experience working in global or matrix-based organizations is an advantage.
• Ability to work with international stakeholders and flexible working hours when required.

• Structure ambiguous business problems into defined workstreams and manage them through to completion.
• Conduct and oversee analysis using relevant data sources and tools; ensure quality and accuracy of outputs.
• Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, written recommendations, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, including status updates, scope discussions, and issue resolution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Support process improvement, reporting enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Contribute to business growth initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and organizational development programs.
• Review the work of Associate Consultants and provide guidance to support their development.

Purpose of the Job
