Job summary

EY in India seeks a Front‑office Transformation Consultant to drive marketing, sales and service transformation engagements. You will analyze client needs, support workshops and help craft recommendations with a focus on CRM, GTM and data‑driven insights.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience, strong communication, and familiarity with CX design tools. A Master’s degree in marketing or business is preferred, with MS Office and CRM exposure as key capabilities.

Consulting - Front‑office Transformation Consultant

The Opportunity

• The role is for a consultant who can take up opportunities in marketing, sales, service and process transformation engagements.
• You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters, and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.
• You will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
• In line with EY commitment to quality, you’ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse client’s business requirements and aspirations, enabling clients to understand the Art‑of‑the‑possible for front‑office transformations, GTM with products, CRM Transformations in Marketing, eCommerce, Sales Service, Pricing Strategy, etc.
• Understand sales/customer service strategies, value proposition development and support development of AI‑led solutions to help clients.
• Support project team and client to run client workshops to understand client issues, document workshop outcomes, and build.
• Draft conclusions and possible recommendations, prepare documents for client communication, incl. proposals and project documents.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Understanding of customer journey design, process design and data analysis.
• Tech/Tools Skills: Should have hands‑on experience in CX Design Collaboration tools (Mural/Miro/PPT/Visio) to build and modify CX Journey flows, Personas, Service Design Flows, Process Flows, etc.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Good to have prior experience in any of the platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, PROS, etc.
• Good to have vertical & industry experience in Consumer Industries or Retail, eCommerce, Telecom, BFSI, Product organisations or CX Consulting services.

What We Look For

• 1‑5 years of experience of prior experience
• Completed or pursuing (in final year) Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM, process design, data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power‑BI, Salesforce, Adobe etc).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
