Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in public accounting, consulting, or relevant roles.
• CPA, CFA, ABV, CFE, CVA, CFF or other credentials are desirable.
• Experience with litigation support, business valuation, and forensic accounting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing financial records and tax returns for litigation.
• Support litigation discovery and document requests.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis for litigation matters.
• Assisting with fraud investigations, including embezzlement, financial reporting fraud, Ponzi schemes, health care fraud, and other matters.
• Assisting with dispute and litigation consulting matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, billing disputes, real estate disputes, post-acquisition disputes, IP disputes, trust disputes, lost profit analysis, and other related valuations.
