Solytics Partners is hiring a Chartered Accountant in India to manage end-to-end accounting and reporting for India and international entities (US & UK). The role requires technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualified CA with 1–2 years post-qualification experience and solid GST/TDS/Ind AS knowledge, along with advanced MS Excel skills, are essential. Prior multinational/SSC exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Qualified CA with 1–2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Ledger, AP/AR, bank rec, and month-end close.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act, Ind AS; basic US GAAP.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
  • Experience in multinational companies or SSC preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting for India, US, and UK entities.
  • Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and adjustments.
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; prepare statements and reports.
  • Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts.
  • Oversee vendor invoices, AP/AR aging, invoicing and collections.
  • Reconcile cash, intercompany balances; support treasury.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, PF/ESIC compliance and audits.
  • Develop MIS dashboards, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and strengthen controls.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and month‑end close activities for India and international entities (US & UK). The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced global environment.

Qualification

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

1–2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or finance operations.

Experience in multinational companies, CA firms, Shared Services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
  • Manage end‑to‑end accounting for India, US, and UK entities.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and accounting adjustments.
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
  • Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger and chart of accounts.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Review vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging.
  • Ensure timely customer invoicing and follow‑up on collections.
  • Review vendor payments and customer receipts.
Treasury & Reconciliation
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Support cash flow planning and treasury management.
  • Reconcile inter‑company transactions and balances.
Compliance & Taxation
  • Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements including:
    • GST
    • TDS
    • PF & ESIC
    • Professional Tax
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit activities.
  • Basic understanding of US GAAP and UK accounting requirements.
MIS & Financial Analysis
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support financial planning and business performance reporting.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes.
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and documentation.
  • Maintain audit‑ready records and SOPs.
