Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics seeks a Consultant Doctor for Delhi to lead clinical hair and skin treatments. You will assess clients, propose treatment plans, and perform procedures with emphasis on safety and results.

Requires BDS/MDS with registration and 2–5 years in aesthetics/cosmetology. Expect a full-time role with robust training and growth to senior clinical positions.

Qualifications

• BDS or MDS with valid registration.
• 2–5 years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology (hair and skin).
• Hair and skin procedures independently including blood extraction for PRP/GFC.

Responsibilities

• Examine clients with hair and skin concerns and explain diagnoses clearly.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans and initiate them.
• Perform Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC, Autologous Micrograft, microneedling, and chemical peels per protocol.
• Collect blood for PRP and GFC.
• Conduct tele-consultations with clients.
• Review ongoing cases and ensure client satisfaction with results.
• Obtain informed consent and document clinical notes and before/after photos.
• Handle side effects calmly and safely.
• Support clinic targets and follow up with clients post-treatment.

Location: 3rd Floor, 1 Park End, Vikas Marg Road, Preet Vihar, Delhi 110092

Salary: ₹7 Lakh to ₹9 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: BDS / MDS (Aesthetics or Cosmetology experience required)

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

About The Role

You will be the clinical expert at the clinic. You will examine clients, advise on the right hair or skin treatment, and perform procedures safely.

What You Will Do

• Examine clients with hair and skin concerns and explain the diagnosis in simple words.
• Recommend a suitable treatment plan and help the client start it.
• Perform procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC for skin and hair, Autologous Micrograft Treatment, microneedling and chemical peels, as per protocol.
• Do blood extraction for PRP and GFC.
• Take tele-consultations.
• Review existing clients and make sure they are satisfied with their results.
• Take informed consent, clinical notes and before/after photos for every client.
• Handle side effects and client concerns calmly and safely.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets and follow up with clients after treatment.

Who Can Apply

Must have

• BDS or MDS with a valid registration.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology (hair and skin).
• Has done hair and skin procedures independently, including blood extraction for PRP/GFC.
• Comfortable with monthly sales targets.
• Comfortable working on weekends.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with Botox and fillers.
• Experience in hair transplant assessment.
• Experience with laser treatments and trichoscope / Proscope use.
• Certification in clinical cosmetology or aesthetics.
