Job summary

Berkowits is seeking an experienced aesthetic doctor to lead clinical care at a Bengaluru clinic. You will examine clients, advise on hair and skin treatments, and perform procedures with safety and precision.

Role requires BDS/MDS with valid registration and 2–5 years in aesthetics or cosmetology. Training, incentives, and growth paths are offered, with a 6-day work week and 9:45 AM–7:00 PM timings.

Qualifications

• BDS or MDS with a valid registration.
• 2–5 years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology (hair and skin).
• Experience performing hair/skin procedures independently, including PRP/GFC blood extraction.
• Comfortable with monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Examine clients with hair and skin concerns and explain the diagnosis clearly.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans and initiate them with clients.
• Perform Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC, Autologous Micrograft, microneedling and peels as per protocol.
• Collect blood for PRP and GFC when needed.
• Review client progress and ensure satisfaction with results.
• Record consent, clinical notes and before/after photos for each client.
• Manage side effects and address concerns safely.
• Support clinic targets and follow up with clients post-treatment.

Salary: ₹7 Lakh to ₹9 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: BDS / MDS (Aesthetics or Cosmetology experience required)

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

You will be the clinical expert at the clinic. You will examine clients, advise on the right hair or skin treatment, and perform procedures safely.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Examine clients with hair and skin concerns and explain the diagnosis in simple words.
• Recommend a suitable treatment plan and help the client start it.
• Perform procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC for skin and hair, Autologous Micrograft Treatment, microneedling and chemical peels, as per protocol.
• Do blood extraction for PRP and GFC.
• Review existing clients and make sure they are satisfied with their results.
• Take informed consent, clinical notes and before/after photos for every client.
• Handle side effects and client concerns calmly and safely.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets and follow up with clients after treatment.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• BDS or MDS with a valid registration.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology (hair and skin).
• Has done hair and skin procedures independently, including blood extraction for PRP/GFC.
• Comfortable with monthly sales targets.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with Botox and fillers.
• Experience in hair transplant assessment.
• Experience with laser treatments and trichoscope / Proscope use.
• Certification in clinical cosmetology or aesthetics.
