Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic is seeking a Consultant Doctor to provide expert dermatology and trichology consultations, perform aesthetic procedures, ensure treatment safety, and deliver exceptional patient care in Noida. The ideal candidate should have relevant MBBS/BDS/MDS qualifications and hands-on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, and injectables.

Qualifications

• MBBS with 1–2 years of experience or BDS/MDS with 3–5 years in dermatology, cosmetology or trichology.
• Hands-on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, and aesthetic/injectable procedures.
• Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ethical practice and client-centric approach.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dermatology and trichology consultations and diagnose conditions.
• Perform aesthetic procedures such as lasers, peels, PRP, microneedling, Botox, threads.
• Ensure safe treatments and document parameters in Zenoti.
• Enhance client experience and retention; handle queries professionally.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and participate in SOP improvements.

Consultant Doctor - For Trichology & Cosmetology Clinic

Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified and client-focused Consultant Doctor to provide expert dermatology and trichology consultations, perform aesthetic procedures, ensure treatment safety, and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is ethical, confident, and passionate about cosmetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Consultation & Diagnosis

• Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, assess medical history, and diagnose conditions accurately.
• Recommend personalised treatment plans based on clinical suitability and client expectations.
• Explain procedures, risks, results, timelines, and aftercare clearly.

Aesthetic & Clinical Procedures

• Perform dermatology and aesthetic treatments, including:
  • Laser Skin Procedures
  • Chemical Peels
  • PRP Therapy
  • Microneedling
  • Botox
  • Threads
  • Other cosmetology procedures/ Injectables as per training
• Ensure proper documentation of treatment parameters and follow-ups in Zenoti.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Build trust through ethical guidance, accurate communication, and empathy.
• Handle queries, doubts, and objections with clarity and professionalism.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage strong retention.

Team Collaboration & Clinic Support

• Work closely with consultants, technicians, and front desk staff.
• Support treatment conversions ethically while prioritising medical suitability.
• Participate in internal training and contribute to SOP improvements.
• Assist in smooth clinical operations when required.

Who Can Apply

• Experience: For MBBS - 1 -2 Years, for BDS/MDS - 3- 5 years
• Min 1-5 years in dermatology, cosmetology, or trichology preferred
• Hands-on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, and aesthetic / Injectable procedures
• Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
• Ethical practice and client-centric approach

Office Timings

• 6 days working | 9:45 AM - 7:00 PM
• No weekly off on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
