Job summary

Affine Analytics is seeking an accountable Generative AI consultant to develop, implement and deploy ML and Gen AI use cases across functions in Bengaluru. You will lead independent project work and transfer knowledge from research to industry, collaborating with internal teams and clients to meet project needs.

The role requires hands-on data handling, strong ML/Gen AI skills, and experience with cloud AI services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data handling experience to manage large data sets and derive insights.
• Ability to analyze data independently and define daily/periodic workflows for project needs.
• Strong knowledge of ML and Generative AI algorithms (prompting, RAG, Agents, LLMs).
• Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure, AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on data handling: manage large data volumes, extract, clean and understand.
• Analyze data independently and define workflow for self and team.
• Contribute to brainstorming on project nuances and approaches.
• Leverage ML and Generative AI algorithms (Prompting, RAG, Agents, LLMs).
• Work with AI Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, GCP) to deploy solutions.
• Apply NLP techniques and speech-to-text methods as needed.
• Develop analytical solutions using domain knowledge and statistical methods.
• Present findings clearly, e.g., via PowerPoint.
• Mentor junior resources and foster a learning culture.
• Support business development: sales collaterals, PoCs, case studies.
• Define areas of expertise and pursue relevant trainings.

We are looking for an accountable, multitalented candidate to facilitate the operations. The Generative AI consultant must be able to develop, implement and deploy ML and Gen AI use cases across functions. The candidate should be adept at leading and conducting independent project work as well as participate in the transfer of knowledge from research to industry. The consultant will also have to collaborate with internal team and clients, to ensure that their approach meets the needs of each project. He/she should be able to deliver results according to project schedules while maintaining quality standards. The candidate will also be responsible to contribute towards organizational initiatives.

• Substantial hands‑on experience with data handling. Capable of managing large volumes of data, extract, clean and comprehend
• Able to analyze data independently and draw out salient insights. Able to define workflow for oneself and associates on a daily or periodic basis, contingent on the requirements of the project
• Able to contribute meaningfully to brainstorming discussions around nuances of the project
• Skilled in Machine Learning and Generative AI Algorithms (Prompting, RAG, Agents, LLMs etc)
• Practical Experience and knowledge in AI Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.)
• Good Knowledge on Natural Knowledge Processing, Verbatim Analysis Speech to Text / vice versa using few alternate approaches / techniques
• Developing comprehensible analytical solutions to solve business problems using domain knowledge o satatistical procedures depending on the requirements of the project
• Comfortable in representing the proceedings and/or findings in a power-point
• Comfortable in mentoring junior resources, and creating an environment of learning in the team
• Helping the company with Business Development initiatives such as sales collaterals, PoCs, Case Studies
• Develop and define an area of expertise and take relevant trainings on the same for the organization
• Contribute to org level activities, such as taking interviews
• Work with team to estimate work effort
