Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a skilled Invision Patient Accounting Specialist to configure and maintain master files, analyze issues, and support upgrades across multi-hospital health systems.

You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle teams, perform root-cause analysis, and document configuration and testing activities while serving as the subject matter expert for Invision Patient Accounting. Knowledge of Cerner/Oracle Patient Accounting and ServiceNow is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-hospital health systems
• Strong understanding of Patient Financial Services (PFS) and Revenue Cycle workflows
• Hands-on experience with Invision Patient Accounting
• Experience with system implementations, conversions, upgrades, or optimization projects
• Experience with SQL and reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Invision Patient Accounting master files
• Analyze and resolve complex application issues
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities
• Partner with Revenue Cycle operational teams to improve workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-hospital health systems
• Cerner/Oracle Patient Accounting experience
• Revenue Cycle conversion or migration experience
• ServiceNow experience
• SQL and reporting experience

Required Experience

• 3+ years of recent Invision Patient Accounting experience
• Hands-on configuration and maintenance experience within Invision
• Experience supporting hospital billing and patient accounting operations
• Experience with system implementations, conversions, upgrades, or optimization projects
• Strong understanding of Patient Financial Services (PFS) and Revenue Cycle workflows
