Job summary

Shine Placements in Haridwar seeks an experienced anesthesiologist to evaluate patient history, plan anesthesia, and deliver general, regional, local, or spinal anesthesia safely in the operating theatre.

You will supervise junior doctors, coordinate with surgical and nursing teams, respond to trauma cases, lead resuscitations, and assist in ICUs when needed, ensuring strict clinical safety.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient medical history, assess risks or allergies, and create custom anesthesia plans to suit the operation.
• Deliver general, regional, local, or spinal anesthesia and sedation safely in OT.
• Track patient vitals, manage airway stability and drug levels.
• Lead clinical safety and coordinate with surgical and nursing teams.
• Respond to trauma cases and lead resuscitation efforts.
• Assist in ICUs when needed and ensure patient safety.
