Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of anaesthesiology principles, practices, and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Attend OT and ICU as required.
• Meet with patients before procedures to discuss history.
• Assess patients' conditions via medical history.
• Explain the surgical process to patients.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor vital signs during procedures.
• Monitor post-procedure vitals and pain management.
• Maintain patient records of procedures and medications.
• Provide high-quality patient care and safe pain management.
• Supervise and mentor junior residents and students.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Anaesthetist with MD -The doctor is expected to attend OT and ICU as per requirement.
  Meeting with patients before medical procedures to discuss their medical history and lifestyle.
• Assessing patients' conditions through analysis of medical history.
• Explaining to patients the surgical process.
• Administering anesthesia monitoring patient vital signs during medical and surgical procedures, and making appropriate adjustments in anesthesia to ensure patient comfort.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and pain management after surgical and medical procedures to ensure patient comfort.
• Maintaining patient records relating to their procedures and the type and amounts of medications given.
• Provide high-quality patient care as an Consultant Anesthesiologist, ensuring safe and effective pain management strategies are implemented.
• Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students in anaesthesia techniques, procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct research activities related to anaesthesiology, including publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals.
• Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in anesthesia technology and techniques.
