Job summary

Novo Nordisk GBS – Commercial Insights & Analytics is seeking an experienced Consultant to design and implement complex BI reporting using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint across commercial activities. You will work with IQVIA datasets, prescription data, and internal sales data to define KPIs and provide actionable insights.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in pharma consulting, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Pharma industry
• Consulting experience would be a plus
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities to translate business problems into analysis plans
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master’s Degree (preferably quantitative/management) from a well-recognized institute
• Under-graduate degree preferably in Pharma (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc) and Engineering (B. Tech)

As An Consultant, You Will

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 7+ years of experience in the Pharma industry. Consulting experience would be a plus
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities to translate business problems into most efficient and effective analysis plan; execute the analysis including data pull, data preparation, conclusions and recommendations
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master’s Degree (preferably within quantitative/management discipline) from a well-recognized institute
• Under-graduate degree preferably in Pharma (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc) and Engineering (B. Tech)
