Job summary

Uniqus seeks a Consultant for Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC) in Pune to deliver high-quality accounting advisory services, applying IFRS/GAAP principles and assisting with financial reporting on complex issues. You will work with the team to understand client needs and provide technical memos.

• Ensure the engagement team understands clients’ needs and expectations.

Job Title: Consultant Function: Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC)

Location: Pune

Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a member of the team, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services, focusing on the application of accounting standards, assisting clients with financial reporting, and dealing with complex accounting issues. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager / Associate Director with project execution and management.

Responsibilities

Consulting clients on diverse business and finance transformation engagements including participating and managing consulting engagements with emphasis on:

• Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements w.r.t IFRS and GAAP
• Diverse business and process improvement engagements
• CFO agenda-related topics
• Support the Manager / Associate Director to manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.
• Technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues and conduct research on accounting topics and prepare technical memos.
• Ensuring our engagement team thoroughly understands our clients’ unique needs, ambitions, and expectations
• Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service
• Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes
