Job summary

Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team in India. You will provide accounting advisory services, apply accounting standards, assist with financial reporting, and tackle complex issues. You will support the Manager/Associate Director in project execution and client service.

The role involves researching accounting topics, preparing memos, supporting implementation of new standards, and helping prepare financial statements. Travel on short notice is expected.

Qualifications

Role & Responsibilities

Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a member of the team, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services, focusing on the application of accounting standards, assisting clients with financial reporting, and dealing with complex accounting issues. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager / Associate Director with project execution and management.

Responsibilities

• Technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues, and conduct research on accounting topics and prepare technical memos.
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards.
• Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Support the Manager / Associate Director to manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
• Stay up to date on developments in accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Research and benchmark client data to industry data.
