Job summary

Uniqus Consultech in Mumbai is seeking a Consultant – Oracle Fusion Financials & AI to join our Oracle Cloud practice. The role blends hands-on Fusion Financials implementation with practical exposure to Oracle’s Agentic AI / Fusion AI Studio.

You will work with senior consultants and client stakeholders to perform QA reviews, design AI-enabled finance use cases, and contribute to proposals and demos for Oracle-led opportunities.

Qualifications

• QA reviews and health checks on Oracle Fusion implementations.
• End-to-end Fusion Cloud implementations (requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live).
• Working knowledge of Oracle’s Agentic AI / Fusion AI Studio platform.
• Strong foundation in core finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, asset accounting, period close.
• Mandatory: prior experience with Accenture, a Big 4, or large SI on Oracle/cloud transformation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional/configuration reviews for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax).
• Review setups, data, controls to identify gaps; prepare health check reports and risk logs.
• Design and configure AI skills/agents, prompts, and workflows using Oracle Fusion AI tools.
• Support data prep, evaluation, and refinement of AI use cases for accuracy.
• Prepare demos, storyboards, and client-facing collateral.

Job description

We are looking for a Consultant – Oracle FusionFinancials & AI to join our Oracle Cloud practice in India. The rolecombines hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience with practical exposure to Oracle’s Agentic AI / Fusion AI Studio platform.

You will work with senior consultants and clientstakeholders to:

• Perform QA reviews and health checks onOracle Fusion implementations
• Design and build AI use cases for Finance using Oracle’s AI / agentic platform
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, POVs,and demos for Oracle-led opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Health Checks

• Perform functional and configuration reviews for Oracle Fusion Financials (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
• Review setup, integrations, data, and controls to identify design or configuration gaps
• Prepare health check reports, risk /issue logs, and recommendation backlogs
• Support UAT, regression testing, and cutovervalidation for finance tracks
• Work with finance SMEs and architects to identify AI/agentic use cases (e.g., close acceleration, anomaly detection,reconciliations, working capital insights)
• Design and configure AI skills/agents,prompts, and workflows using Oracle Fusion AI / AI Studio / agentictools
• Support data preparation, evaluation, and refinement of AI use cases to improve accuracy and usability
• Prepare demos, storyboards, and documentation for client showcases

Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementations

• Participate in end-to-end Fusion Financialsimplementations, including requirements, solution design, configuration,testing, and go-live support
• Document BRDs/FRDs, configuration workbooks,test scenarios, and user guides
• Provide post-go-live support andcontinuous improvement inputs

Proposals, RFPs & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to technical and functional sections of proposals and RFP responses for Oracle Fusion and AI-ledopportunities
• Build standard accelerators: slides,checklists, heatmaps, and templates for QA and AI use cases
• Support internal POVs, case studies, andcollateral showcasing Oracle Fusion + AI capabilities

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with onshore/offshore teams,architects, and project managers to deliver engagements
• Participate in client workshops, statusupdates, and design walkthroughs
• Continuously upgrade skills on new OracleFusion and AI features / releases

2-3 years of hands-on experience with OracleFusion Financials Cloud, including configuration and support in at least twoor more modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)

End-to-end implementation experience:

• At least one full lifecycle Fusion Cloudimplementation (from design to go-live) in a functional / techno-functionalcapacity

Working knowledge of Oracle’s Agentic AI /Fusion AI Studio / Fusion AI platform

• Understanding of AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows in Oracle context
• Exposure to designing or testing AI-drivenuse cases in finance or adjacent domains

Strong foundation in core finance processes:

• Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P),Order-to-Cash (O2C), asset accounting, and period close

Ability to analyze configurations, data, andbusiness processes and articulate findings clearly

Strong documentation skills (PPT, Excel,Word) and comfort working in structured consulting environments

Mandatory: Prior working experience with Accenture,a Big 4 firm, or a large global Systems Integrator (SI) on Oracle orERP/cloud transformation engagements

Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to interact with business and IT teams
