Job summary

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the medical council.
• 3–8 years of pathology experience in multispeciality hospital or NABH/NABL laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret histopathology and cytology investigations.
• Review and authorize laboratory reports with clinical correlation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, QC and safety protocols.
• Provide clinical consultations to doctors regarding diagnostic findings.
• Supervise laboratory staff and day-to-day operations.
• Engage in QA, audits, accreditation and compliance activities.
• Maintain documentation and SOP compliance.

? Job Summary

Felix Hospital, Gamma-1, Greater Noida, is looking for a qualified and experienced Consultant Pathologist to oversee diagnostic pathology services and ensure accurate, timely, and quality-driven reporting.

? Key Responsibilities

Perform and interpret histopathology, cytology, hematology and clinical pathology investigations.

Review and authorize laboratory reports with accuracy and clinical correlation.

Ensure quality standards, internal QC and laboratory safety protocols are maintained.

Provide consultation to clinicians regarding diagnostic findings and interpretation.

Supervise laboratory staff and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning.

Participate in quality assurance, audits, accreditation and compliance activities.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hospital and laboratory SOPs.

Support development and improvement of pathology services and diagnostic protocols.

? Qualification

MBBS + MD/DNB in Pathology from a recognized institution.

Valid registration with the relevant medical council.

3–8 years of experience as a Pathologist/Consultant Pathologist preferred.

Experience in a multispeciality hospital or NABH/NABL-accredited laboratory will be an advantage.
