Job summary

Indypay Technologies is seeking a Regular OTC professional based in Delhi-NCR to support the Strategy office of a leading Energy company. The role focuses on analysis and problem-solving to identify and drive strategic initiatives across production, cost, HR, finance, logistics, and other business functions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in hydrocarbons/chemicals, and holds an engineering degree or an MBA from a Tier-1 institution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience, including at least 1 year in the Hydrocarbons/Chemicals sector.
• Strong analytical, client management, and communication skills.
• Engineering degree or MBA from a Tier-1 institution; background in Chemical, Petroleum, Geology, or Geophysics preferred.

Responsibilities
