Role Description The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role includes supervising site teams, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets. The Construction Supervisor will conduct site inspections, enforce construction safety protocols, and address on-site issues promptly to minimize delays or rework. The role also involves regular communication with project managers and clients to provide updates, clarify requirements, and maintain alignment with design specifications and overall project goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision to manage teams and daily site operations effectively.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Inspection and quality checks to ensure work meets design, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Construction Safety practices to maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety regulations.
• Relevant experience in residential interior construction or fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
