Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management of large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience in marine construction projects, preferably jetties, ports, or waterfront developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution of marine and jetty projects from mobilization to completion.
• Develop methodologies, execution plans, and resource deployment strategies.
• Monitor project schedules to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, HSE, and client teams.
• Ensure activities follow drawings, specs, and project standards.
• Supervise contractors and construction teams for safety and quality.
• Review schedules using standard planning tools and track progress.
• Implement corrective actions to stay on baseline schedules.

The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all site construction activities, ensuring project delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in marine civil construction, contractor management, project planning, progress monitoring, and stakeholder coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Lead the overall construction execution of marine and jetty projects from mobilization through completion.
• Develop and implement construction methodologies, execution plans, and resource deployment strategies.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of construction milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, HSE, and client teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure productivity and quality performance.
• Review and monitor project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
• Track progress against baseline schedules and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in marine construction projects, preferably jetties, ports, terminals, harbors, or waterfront developments.
