Job description

Incumbent must be able to develop, maintain Controls and Plan various activities viz. site management, Execution, Planning and completion of the job within stipulated timelines at project site. Incumbent must be a team player and able to lead them effectively.

Job Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility of erection and supervision of work as per the timelines.
  • Responsible for material requirements at site and to coordinate with head office for materials.
  • Complete responsibility for Co-ordination with client/consultants at project location for smooth transition of work without any hassles.
  • Total responsibility to ensure Quality of work and safety at all the project sites in the region.
  • Overall responsibility of training the builders/contractors and team under him.
  • Review & monitor the bills of contractors and get them processed.
  • Emphasis on Customer relations management and customer service.
Candidate Requirements
  • Age Range: 28-35 years
  • 8-10 years ( for Engineering Graduates), more than 12 years ( for diploma in civil or mechanical) years in preferably in PEB companies / Project Selling / Construction Equipments
  • Technically strong in understanding and interpretation of Civil and Architectural drawings.
  • Computer Skills i.e. Proficiency in MS Office viz PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Thorough Knowledge in Structural civil works.
  • Travel extensively to various sites situated in the region.
  • Should be strong at Leadership, Team Player, Good communication skills, Go-getter attitude, People Management.
