Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking a lead test automation professional to orchestrate end-to-end testing for Gateways, STB, Smart TVs, and IoT devices.

You will design and develop automation frameworks, create reusable test assets, and drive planning, scheduling, and deployment across multiple releases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures quality and a seamless customer experience.

• Experience leading end-to-end testing for connected devices (Gateways, STB, TVs, IoT).

• Experience with Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, and UAT testing.

Your Profile

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for connected products including Gateways, Set-Top Boxes (STB), Smart TVs, and IoT devices.
• Design and develop test automation frameworks using commercial and open-source tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Create and maintain automated test cases, scripts, and reusable testing assets for connected device validation.
• Drive test planning, scheduling, deployment, and execution across multiple product releases and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and seamless customer experience.

Your Role

• Strong expertise in complete product testing life cycle for connected devices such as Gateways, STB, TVs, and IoT products.
• Hands-on experience in building scalable automation frameworks and test solutions using industry-standard tools.
• Ability to create testing proposals, effort estimations, resource planning, and test deployment strategies.
• Experience working with various testing methodologies including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing.
