Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Test Architect to lead enterprise-wide test strategy and automation architecture across regulated industries. You will collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and leadership to define scalable automation frameworks and quality engineering transformations.

The role emphasizes pre-sales, solutioning, and the adoption of AI-driven testing solutions across Medical Devices, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Automotive domains.

Test Architect - Compliance, Quality Regulatory Testing

Your Role

As a Test Architect, you will lead enterprise-wide test strategy, automation architecture, solutioning, and quality engineering transformation initiatives across domains such as Medical Devices, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Automotive, and Aerospace. You will work closely with customers, delivery teams, and leadership to define scalable automation frameworks, drive proposal development, establish quality engineering best practices, and leverage AI-driven testing solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Define and drive Test Architecture strategies for large-scale engineering and enterprise applications.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, effort estimation, solutioning workshops, proposal creation, and customer presentations for Quality Engineering and Validation services.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate, select, and govern automation frameworks, tools, and technology stacks based on project needs, scalability, ROI, and maintainability.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), accelerators, reference architectures, and innovative testing solutions.
• Drive AI-enabled Quality Engineering initiatives using GenAI technologies for test case generation, script generation, intelligent test maintenance, and test data creation.

Your Profile

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Verification Validation (VV), or Test Automation.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Test Architecture, Automation Architecture, or Quality Engineering leadership roles.
• Strong experience in effort estimation methodologies, proposal development, solution architecture reviews, and customer-facing consulting engagements.
• Deep expertise in designing enterprise-scale test automation frameworks, reusable components, test harnesses, and accelerators.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing technologies including GitHub Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen, Vector Databases, and Knowledge Graphs.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, C, C++, C#, Perl, and Shell Scripting.
• Experience building automation solutions for embedded systems, desktop applications, web applications, APIs, and integrated platforms.
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing practices. T.
