Job description

Functional Responsibilities

Good understanding and Experience in Firewalls, Switches, LAN, SD-WAN, Routers, WIFI Access points, etc.

Setting up and troubleshooting various VPN tunnels and ensuring connectivity between branches to Cloud sites and Head-Office.

Monitoring integrity and stability of L3 and L2 Networks.

Documentation of Network Infrastructure as needed.

Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA.

Working on trouble tickets and Network change requests.

Network connectivity support – Basic connectivity support for all our clients – Wired and Wireless.

Escalation handling.

Remote support and on-site support.

Monitoring of various Networking Equipments, LAN, WAN and submitting monthly report on security health.

Monitoring and analyzing Network and security incidents.
