Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Global Technical Support for Conga Quote to Cash and Procure to Pay products (CRM products).
  2. Understanding, analyzing, and fixing product break-fix/Day 2 issues.
  3. Ensuring customers are delighted with the service experience while addressing/fixing their issues.
  4. Contributing towards knowledge base creation and improvement.

Job Requirements:

  1. 5 – 8 years of technical support experience in any technology (preferably in Salesforce/.Net/Java) with knowledge on workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles and permission sets, validation rules, approval process, etc.
  2. Ability to become technically proficient with salesforce.com and Conga solutions rapidly.
  3. Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  4. Extensive hands-on technical experience for support/operations and related skills – evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root causes, and resolving issues/addressing customer needs in a timely manner.
  5. Understanding and adherence to customer SLAs.
  6. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  7. Willingness to service customers in shifts.
  8. Willingness to learn new technologies and achieve higher technical skills.

Educational Qualification:

  1. Preferably BCA/MCA/BE IT/BE CS/MSC IT with good academic results.
  2. Salesforce/Conga certification will be an added advantage.
