• Hands-on proficiency with AI image and video generation tools, and the judgment to know what they can and cant yet deliver.
• Ability to hold character and style consistent across many generated frames.
• Solid digital painting foundations to fix and finish AI output.
• Portfolio work in both horizontal (16:9) and vertical (9:16) aspect ratios.

About the role:

We're looking for a Concept / Storyboard Artist who combines classical visual storytelling with hands-on AI production. Youll take a raw idea - a logline, a mood, a half-formed vision - and turn it into a coherent visual world: concept boards, character designs, and shot-by-shot storyboards our AI pipeline can execute against. This isnt a "prompt and pray" role. We need a real artist who understands why a frame works, and can use AI tools to deliver that frame with speed and intention.
