Process Information:
Marvel supports Marvel OneDrive customers through email & phone support. Marvel OneDrive is modern cloud storage. Concentrix has been associated with them since 2014 providing technical support and is one of their preferred partners, adding value to their business.

Eligibility:
All CL/Grade 12 (Operations CRM International/Domestic & Industry vertical domestic – Insurance, Banking & Healthcare accounts) employees who have spent 12 months in the current CL/Grade and 6 months in the current process & vertical, and have a Stacks score of 3 and above or should be in Platinum, Diamond, Gold performance club for two-thirds of the last 12 months (basis stacks updated on the tool – EBucks).

All CL/Grade 12 (Operations Industry Vertical International – Insurance, Banking & Healthcare accounts) employees who have spent 12 months in the current CL/Grade and 6 months in the current process & vertical, and have a Stacks score of 1 and above or should be in Platinum, Diamond, Gold performance club for two-thirds of the last 12 months (basis Stacks updated on the tool – EBucks).

All CL/Grade 12 (Support) employees who have spent 12 months in the current CL/Grade and 6 months in the current process & vertical with an annual Performance Rating Criteria of 3 and above (combination of Exceptional, Exceeding, Meeting).

All CL/Grade 11 who have spent 6 months in the current process & function.

Key Responsibilities:
The Associate OneDrive Engineer is responsible for handling OneDrive related issues raised by the customer using the OneDrive app or web.

Provide quality instructions or responses via email and phone to resolve customer issues.

Should be a skilled multitasker, able to use troubleshooting, technical, communication, and typing skills simultaneously. Along with this, should be empathetic, courteous, and always express a sincere desire to help.

Desired Skills:
Experience providing technical support.

Experience working in a team dedicated to providing technical support.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Technical knowledge: Windows, MS Office applications, OneDrive, email, searching, downloading/installing software.

Skilled multitasker with the ability to troubleshoot, and possess technical, communication, and typing skills.
