Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

• User Support & Troubleshooting: Assist students, faculty, or employees with basic hardware and software issues, login problems, and network connectivity.
• Hardware & Software Maintenance: Install, upgrade, and configure operating systems, antivirus programs, and essential applications.
• Lab Organization: Ensure the IT lab remains clean, organized, and adequately stocked with necessary peripherals (cables, keyboards, mice, printers).
• System Monitoring: Regularly check computers and servers for performance issues, run diagnostic tests, and escalat complex problems to senior IT staff.
