Qualifications

Design Engineer – Ultra Corpotech Pvt Ltd

Department: Manufacturing Engineering

Experience: 2‑4 years

Qualification: DME / BE in Mechanical

Working Location: Chakan, Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D models as per project requirements.
• Develop stage drawings required for CNC machine shop operations.
• Design and prepare models/drawings for jigs & fixtures.
• Support additional engineering activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks, preferably in Oil & Gas (completion tools experience).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
• Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Solid knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines (HMC, VMC, CNC).
• Hands‑on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas industry standards will be an added advantage.
