Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategically focused and responsible for overall client relationship management including business requirement drafting, requirement delivery, user testing, pre & post release activities, client satisfaction, and support for technical issues.
  2. Liaison with stakeholders and cross-functional teams during delivery at various levels while providing support, information, and guidance.
  3. Quick and efficient with a strong ability to manage details accurately.
  4. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards with zero error rates.
  5. Broad understanding and technical knowledge of online applications.
  6. Align client requirements with best practices and thorough understanding of CAMS processes, products, and regulations.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks with varied dependencies and timelines.
  8. Self-motivated with a proactive approach, appropriate sense of urgency, and positive attitude.

Candidate Attributes:

  1. Excellent client-facing skills, including presentations, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
  2. Working knowledge of tools significant to responsibilities, including but not limited to Oracle SQL, JIRA, Postman API, and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  3. Preferred comparable work experience in digital support activities, business analysis, project management, delivery management, etc.
