Job summary

Payoneer Inc. is seeking a Senior Training Analyst to identify and address compliance training needs across the company. You will design, develop, and deliver training solutions and align them with regulatory requirements, business lines, and risk profiles.

You will orchestrate end-to-end training delivery across virtual and in-person formats, create engaging content, and measure learning outcomes. Strong instructional design and LMS experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience including e-learning, ILT, virtual and blended solutions.
• Experience conducting training needs analyses and evaluating learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person training delivery.
• Design and implement engaging, risk-based compliance learning programs for various roles and risk levels.
• Translate regulatory and policy requirements into practical learning experiences using instructional design methods.
• Conduct needs analyses with Compliance and stakeholders to identify gaps and plan interventions.
• Create learning materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, assessments and resources.
• Develop learning objectives, course structures, assessments and content aligned to learner outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling, deployment and delivery of training programs.
• Maintain records of attendance, completion and assessment results.
• Collaborate with Heads of Compliance and SMEs to keep content aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure training content and records meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and generate insights to improve solutions.
• Prepare regular management reports on key compliance training metrics and outcomes.
• Continuously improve learning content to stay current with business and regulatory needs.

Role summary -

We are looking for a highly-talented Senior Training Analyst to identify, report on compliance training needs and in accordance with group training initiatives write, design, develop and deliver training solutions Company wide.

What you’ll do

• Orchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person training delivery.
• Design, develop, and implement engaging, risk-based compliance learning programs tailored to different roles, audiences, and levels of risk exposure across the organization.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to translate complex regulatory, compliance, and policy requirements into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct training needs and audience analyses in partnership with Compliance, Business Lines, and other stakeholders to identify knowledge, skill, and behavioral gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions.
• Create engaging and informative learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Develop learning objectives, course structures, assessments, and instructional content that align training activities with expected learner outcomes and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate the scheduling, deployment, and delivery of compliance training programs and sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance training activities, attendance, completion, and assessment results.
• Partner closely with Heads and Regional Heads of Compliance, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure learning content remains aligned with current regulatory requirements, internal policies, and identified compliance risks.
• Ensure training content, records, and supporting documentation meet regulatory requirements and are maintained to support audit and regulatory scrutiny.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, assessment results, completion of data, and other relevant learning metrics, and use insights to continuously improve learning solutions.
• Prepare regular management reports highlighting key compliance training metrics, learning outcomes, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing learning content to ensure training remains relevant, accurate, engaging, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory needs.

Who you are -

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience. JD, MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant learning and development qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in advisory or line-of-business compliance is a strong plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, including developing e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis, defining learning objectives, developing assessments, and evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Ability to simplify complex regulatory or technical concepts and translate them into practical, learner-focused content.

Systems & Technical Knowledge

• Ability to quickly learn and work across multiple systems and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve learning processes
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, particularly Storyline and Rise, for developing interactive e-learning and digital learning experiences.
• Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course setup, deployment, learner management, completion tracking, and reporting.
• Experience with Centrical or similar learning platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Forms, for learning design, collaboration, documentation, and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics and visualization tools to monitor learning metrics and effectiveness.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing/workflow systems for managing learner and stakeholder support.

Comfortable using AI and digital productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to support content development, analysis, and learning processes.
