We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our organization's unwavering adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing complex data from various sources to produce accurate, timely, and insightful compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. You will proactively monitor regulatory changes, identify potential compliance risks, and recommend robust process improvements to continuously enhance our compliance framework and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, including legal, audit, and operations, to implement and maintain effective compliance controls. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining compliance documentation, assisting in internal and external audits, and contributing to the development of compliance training materials.
To succeed in this role, you should possess 5-8 years of proven experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, risk management, or a related analytical role. A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and industry best practices is essential. You must have experience in extracting, interpreting, and analyzing large datasets to monitor compliance metrics, coupled with proficiency in reporting tools and data visualization software such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to create compelling dashboards and automated reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical, enabling you to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable reports. A detail‑oriented mindset, strong problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities are also required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, IT, or a related discipline, and relevant compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) are highly desirable. Experience working with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software tools and previous experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare) will be a significant advantage.
