Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Team Member – Compliance Testing in Mumbai to support regulatory testing initiatives. The role requires rigorous attention to testing frameworks, methodology development, and data-driven assessment of regulatory parameters.

The candidate will analyze large data sets, track submission of regulatory returns, and liaise with stakeholders to close issues flagged during testing, ensuring compliance with RBS and other guidelines.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with compliance testing framework under RBS and Non-RBS.
• Ability to develop testing methodology and test regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and assess regulatory compliance.
• Track and liaise with stakeholders to close testing issues.
