Job summary

A leading fintech lending platform in Bengaluru is looking for a motivated Compliance Officer. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, drafting policies, and conducting risk assessments. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the BFSI sector, along with relevant qualifications like CA, CS, LLB, or MBA. This position is on-site in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Experience in BFSI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and updates; prepare summaries for management.
• Draft, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Conduct compliance testing and risk assessments across departments.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, with a focus on RBI guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements.
• Perform due diligence on vendors and third-party service providers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified CA/CS/LLB/MBA
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance or a related field
• Experience in BFSI is preferred
