Job summary

Recsource Recruitment in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to manage regulatory alignment with SEBI, RBI and stock exchanges, and to conduct internal training.

You will monitor compliance risks and provide proactive advisory to stakeholders while upholding high standards of governance in a hybrid work setup in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across SEBI, RBI, and stock exchanges.
• Conduct internal training on compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and advise on compliance-related risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain policy alignment.
