Job summary

Ilensys Technologies INC is seeking a Regulatory Compliance specialist to ensure RoHS, REACH and TSCA compliance across products and materials, and to coordinate with suppliers.

You will collect, validate and manage supplier declarations, maintain BOM data, and respond to customer inquiries about environmental certifications. The role supports automation and sustainability reporting, with weekly progress updates for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with RoHS, REACH and TSCA data and certifications.
• Ability to collect, review and validate supplier declarations.
• Comfort with maintaining compliance data in BOM systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure global regulatory compliance for RoHS, REACH, and TSCA (PBT & PFAS) requirements.
• Collect and validate supplier material declarations and manage supplier communications for complete data.
• Maintain and update compliance data in BOM management tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to product environmental compliance and certifications.
• Contribute to automation and sustainability reporting improvement projects.
• Able to manage customer interaction and weekly progress

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects for automation of compliance and sustainability reporting.
