Job summary

MKS Instruments in Bengaluru seeks a Compliance Engineer to join our engineering team. You will contribute to design, development, reliability testing, sustaining engineering, and documentation of advanced MKS products and report to the Bangalore Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities include directing internal compliance testing, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining approvals, and coordinating design reviews with engineering teams to ensure processing method compatibility.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.

• Coordinates design requirement review with appropriate engineering personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
• Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
• Ability to use laboratory equipment and occasionally lift and move electronic equipment or test fixtures up to 25 pounds.
• Work is performed in office and engineering laboratory environments.
• Regular use of electronic test equipment and prototype hardware for product development, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
