To that end, we’re seeking a Compensation Manager to support our various functions of business including but not limited to Content, VFX, Animation Studios. This is a highly visible role, reporting to the APAC Director of Compensation, and will be instrumental in shaping compensation strategy and leading strategic initiatives for this critical area of Netflix.
