Job summary

Health Within Reach Foundation in Pune seeks a dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to expand access to healthcare for underserved communities. This full-time, on-site role focuses on planning outreach initiatives, coordinating with local leaders, and guiding volunteers across rural and urban areas.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, community development, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience working with non‑profit organizations or in rural and underserved urban communities is beneficial.
• Ability to travel within the Pune Division, work flexibly in the field, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documentation tools) will be an advantage.

Role Description

The Community Outreach Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Pune Division.
