Role Overview

We are looking for a Community Manager to build, scale, and steward our India developer and enterprise ecosystem around Edge AI infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of technology, developer relations, partnerships, and brand trust. You will be responsible for creating a strong, credible community that includes developers, startups, enterprises, researchers, system integrators, and academic institutions working on edge inference, AI acceleration, and real-world deployments.

This is not a social media-only role. It is an ecosystem-building role requiring technical curiosity, narrative clarity, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Building & Engagement
  • Build and manage India-focused communities for developers, startups, enterprises, and academic partners working on Edge AI, AI inference, and infrastructure
  • Design and execute community programs including meetups, roundtables, workshops, hackathons, and closed-door technical sessions
  • Act as the primary interface between the community and internal engineering, product, and leadership teams
• Developer & Technical Evangelism
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product capabilities into developer-friendly narratives, documentation, and learning paths
  • Support onboarding of developers and partners into SDKs, APIs, inference platforms, and edge deployments
  • Identify power users, contributors, and champions within the community and nurture long-term relationships
• Content & Narrative
  • Drive creation of high-signal content such as technical blogs, case studies, ecosystem announcements, and community updates
  • Ensure consistency of technical accuracy and brand voice across community channels
  • Help position the company as a credible infrastructure player, not just a tooling vendor
• Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
  • Work with startups, system integrators, universities, and research labs to build collaborative programs
  • Support partnerships with accelerators, incubators, and developer groups across India
  • Help identify emerging use cases and market signals from the community and feed them back into product and strategy teams
• Metrics & Operations
  • Track and report on community health metrics such as engagement, growth, retention, and contributor activity
  • Maintain community platforms such as Slack, Discord, GitHub, LinkedIn, and offline networks
  • Ensure community guidelines, moderation standards, and governance are upheld

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in community management, developer relations, ecosystem roles, or technical marketing
• Strong understanding or hands-on exposure to AI, Edge Computing, Cloud Infrastructure, or Developer Platforms
• Experience working with developer communities, startups, or enterprise technology ecosystems in India
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in AI infrastructure, edge computing, cloud platforms, or semiconductor ecosystems
• Exposure to open-source communities or developer-first platforms
• Experience organizing technical events or managing large distributed communities
• Understanding of India’s startup, enterprise, and academic technology landscape
