Communication Designer role at ASAP Media. Hybrid/full-time position based in New Delhi with remote work flexibility.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Communication Designer based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for remote work. The Communication Designer will be responsible for creating visual communications, branding materials, graphics, and corporate design to align with the company's vision and goals.

What You’ll Do

• Develop cohesive brand identities and visually compelling campaigns tailored to lifestyle, fashion, skincare, and travel brands.
• Create high-impact graphics, presentations, reels/mockups, and ad creatives across digital and print platforms.
• Build mood boards, visual guidelines, and concept decks to support campaign ideation and execution.
• Design engaging content for Instagram, Pinterest, and other lifestyle-driven social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and content creators to bring storytelling to life through design.
• Translate creative briefs and client feedback into actionable visual deliverables.
• Support client presentations by visually refining decks and concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute visual ideas, and stay up to date on pop-culture, design, and influencer trends.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.

Key Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or communication design
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, and social media design
• Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (is a plus)
