- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy.
- Create innovative collaterals and impactful storytelling content for various media platforms.
- Prepare and disseminate program updates and impact reports for stakeholders.
- Manage social media presence, track performance metrics, and optimise engagement.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse organisations.
- Oversee the procurement, design, and storage of merchandise and gifting items.
- Curate and manage events, ensuring alignment with program objectives and a professional atmosphere.
- Identify gaps and provide logistical support during events.
- Foster positive donor relationships and maintain an organised donor database.
- Capture field initiatives, craft compelling stories, and share them across channels.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the development sector.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate in multicultural settings and engage stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to develop effective communication strategies.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Remuneration
4-6 lakhs CTC/annum (depending on educational qualifications and work experience).
