  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy.

  • Prepare and disseminate program updates and impact reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage social media presence, track performance metrics, and optimise engagement.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse organisations.
  • Oversee the procurement, design, and storage of merchandise and gifting items.
  • Curate and manage events, ensuring alignment with program objectives and a professional atmosphere.
  • Identify gaps and provide logistical support during events.
  • Foster positive donor relationships and maintain an organised donor database.
  • Capture field initiatives, craft compelling stories, and share them across channels.
Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the development sector.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate in multicultural settings and engage stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to develop effective communication strategies.
