Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced banking professional in Hyderabad to lead commercial loan syndications from origination to closure. You will coordinate with internal teams to collect documents and ensure timely processing, while maintaining client expectations.

The role requires strong due diligence on borrowers' financials and creditworthiness, plus negotiation of terms with clients, lenders, and stakeholders. Experience with LOAN platforms like Loaniq is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or finance with focus on commercial loans or loan syndication.
• Understanding of letter of credit operations and documentation processes.
• Exposure to Loaniq or similar platforms is a plus.

• Negotiate terms with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Job Requirements :

• 1.8-18 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on commercial loans or loan syndication.
• Strong understanding of letter credit operations and ability to manage complex documentation processes.
• Experience working with Loaniq or similar platforms is an added advantage.
