Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Commercial Interior Fit-Out leader to drive end-to-end project execution, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. You will review drawings, monitor progress, and manage budgets and safety to ensure on-time handover.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in high-end interior projects, strong coordination skills, and a Civil/MEP background. Immediate joiners preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, quality control, and stakeholder management.

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements. The individual will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

• Lead and manage the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation through handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and execution plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, material planning, and contractor performance to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project governance frameworks.
• Manage site activities, resolve technical issues, and provide timely solutions to project challenges.
• Conduct regular project reviews, progress reporting, and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements.

About You:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out, Corporate Workplace, or High-End Interior Projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, quality control, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing Civil and/or MEP works for commercial projects.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, vendor management, and contract coordination.
• Strong understanding of project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
