Job summary

SkillLabs is looking for a skilled collections professional to manage agencies and field operations in Tamil Nadu. You will allocate portfolios, review cases with vendors, and coordinate with agencies to resolve complex customer issues, while ensuring timely billing and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of automotive collections experience, strong data management, and a proven ability to perform independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of collection experience in automotive products (LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV).
• Experience in managing collection agencies.
• Excellent data management skills.
• Individual performer.

Responsibilities

• Allocate portfolios to vendors based on past performance and FOS availability.
• Review cases with FOS/TL and assign work by disposition code.
• Coordinate with agency resources and plan calls for better resolution.
• Allocate and audit receipt books and repo kits.
• Close agency billing within 60 days of the month’s end.
• Ensure prior approvals in repo cases and assist agencies with issues.
• Handle collection/repo customer service issues and escalations.
• Coordinate with legal teams for actions against chronic defaulters and enforcement agencies.
• Track and review BKT resolution with agency and FOs.
• Restrict flow rates to next BKT by location handled.
• Remove non-performing FOs and recruit/train fresh team.
• Close CRM queries as per the TAT.
• Revert RCU audit queries before TAT and implement actions.
• Discuss receipt book discrepancies with agency to prevent recurrence.
• HHT 100% utilization and report to ACM/RCM regularly.
• Inform IT if HHT not working and need support.

• Review cases with FOS / TL and work assignment basis the disposition code.
• Coordinating with agency resources and doing the call planning for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases.
• Receipt book & Repo kits allocation and auditing periodically
• Agency billing closure within 60 days of the work completed month.
• Ensuring prior approvals in repo cases & helping the agency manage repo related issues.
• Handling collection/repo related customer service issues/escalations.
• Coordinating with legal team for initiating legal actions against chronic defaulters & dealing with enforcement agencies in cases filed against the organisation by customers/third parties.
• BKT resolution with agency and FOs level need to be tracked & reviewed.
• Flow rates to next BKT needs to be restricted on the location you are handling.
