About The Role

Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited is seeking enthusiastic and career-oriented Collections Interns to join our field collections team. This internship provides practical exposure to customer relationship management, field collections, and financial services. Candidates demonstrating strong performance may be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship period.

Stipend & Career Growth

₹14,000 per month during the first 6 months of internship.

₹18,000 per month if the internship is extended beyond 6 months.

Opportunity for full-time employment after 1 year of internship, based on individual performance.

Full-Time CTC: Up to ₹3.30 LPA.

Key Responsibilities
